Q: Are your shipments discreet?
Yes, all our orders are packaged in new, unmarked UPS, Priority or Express Mail boxes from the USPS.
The only markings placed on the box are your address and our return address which is:
International orders are required to have a customs form attached to the outside of the box listing the contents. In this case we always use generic terms for the products and never refer to the adult nature. For example lingerie items are marked as clothing.
Q: What will my credit card statement show?
All charges are billed through our company name De Mars Fashions, this and the total amount of the purchase are all that is shown on your statement.
Q: Will my name go to any other company or be used for a mailing list?
NO, The only people that see your name are the people directly involved with the sale. It is our strict policy that names are never to be given to any outside company or be used for any type of mailing list.
Q: What about e-mail, is it discreet?
The only time you will get e-mail from us is when your order is shipped, or if there is a problem with you order. We do not make any reference to the items ordered. If there is a problem with your order, we will e-mail you and state what the problem is. If the problem is product related, we only refer to the item number. Our e-mail will have our return address of sales@demarsfashions, if you do not want any e-mail from us, you are welcome to put our e-mail address on your order form.
